Refund policy

Returns
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for hygiene reasons.
If your order is returned to us for any of the following reasons: 
- refused package
- uncollected package
- absence during delivery attempt
- incorrect address
- refusal to pay customs fees
We will reach out to you to request repayment of the postage in order to resend your order. If the postage is not repaid, or if we do not receive a response within 48 hours of contacting you, we will have to cancel your order. In this case, we will issue a refund, minus the postage costs and a cancellation fee according to our refund policy outlined below.

Refunds
If you cancel your order before it's packaged or shipped, you'll receive a refund, minus our cancellation fee, to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to process.

If your order is returned to us without authorisation and you choose not to repay the postage for resending, we'll issue a refund, deducting the initial postage and our cancellation fee, to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process.

Cancellation Fee
Our cancellation fee can range from 5% to 20% of your total order value. This fee is designed to cover costs such as the transaction fee incurred at the point of purchase, restocking the products, and other administrative expenses.
