Please note, if there's a flurry of orders all at once, our dispatch aim will be up to 3 working days. But hey, if you order with Guaranteed Next Day Delivery before 1pm, your order becomes our top priority and jets off on the same working day.

If you're in a rush and need your order ASAP, we've got you covered with our guaranteed next day delivery. All you got to do is place your order from Monday to Friday before 1pm and we'll make sure it gets dispatched that same day. And guess what? You'll have it in your hands the very next working day! So go ahead, order away and get ready to do a happy dance when that package arrives right on time.

For orders outside of the UK, there is a possibility that a customs fee may be applied to your order according to your country's rules and regulations. If this is the case, you will be required to pay for the fee in order to receive your order. If for any reason, you decide to refuse to pay the customs fee, you will not receive your order and it will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned order, we will reach out to you and request that the postage is repaid.

To avoid this happening we highly recommend paying for the customs fee.
