At Space Baby we want to ensure the utmost safety and satisfaction of our customers.

We understand once you've received your order you may find that something is not your cup of tea and you want to return it. Unfortunately, our products are a bit like that ex you just can't seem to shake - once they're yours, they're yours for good. No returns allowed.

But we got to be real with you, we can't accept returns and its not because we're mean or anything, it's just the nature of our products. We want to make sure that our products are brand spankin' new and hygienic for our customers. As we're sure that you would not want to receive a product that has potentially been tampered with by a past customer.

We would recommend that before you go ahead and hit that "checkout" button to make sure that you're 100% sure about your order as we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. And if you're not totally sure about your order, no worries! Just remember that we are unable to accept returns.

If you're feeling a little unsure about something or you need a helping hand on choosing a style of lashes, don't be shy and drop us a message and we'll be happy to help.

If your order does a u-turn and comes back to us for any of the following reasons: 

- refused package

- uncollected package

- absence during delivery attempt

- incorrect address

- refusal to pay customs fees

We'll hit you up and ask for a postage repayment to swing the order back your way. But if the postage stays unpaid, or if you pull a disappearing act for 48 hours after we've contacted you, you might have to break up with your order. In that case, we'll give you a refund, subtracting the postage and cancellation fee as per our Refund Policy.
