But, if you happen to miss the second delivery attempt, a card will be left with instructions on what to do next. This will require you to either collect the package or rearrange delivery. For international customers, depending on your location the delivery company responsible for delivering your package may vary. Therefore, we are unable to provide you with a definitive answer regarding the delivery process. If your order is returned

However, if you refuse to repay the postage or we do not hear back from you within 3 days, we will issue a refund for your order. If you happen to refuse your package and it ends up being returned back to us we will reach out to you once we've received it back. We will request that you repay the postage for us to send the order back to you, as this is an unauthorised return.
For orders outside of the UK, there is a possibility that a customs fee may be applied to your order according to your country's rules and regulations. If this is the case, you will be required to pay for the fee in order to receive your order. If for any reason, you decide to refuse to pay the customs fee, you will not receive your order and it will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned order, we will reach out to you and request that the postage is repaid.
